Marie, Michigan before the Hon. James P. Lambros On February 19, 2026, an action was commenced in this Court by Plaintiffs to remove a cloud on the title to a mobile home registration on their property located at 2956 South Westshore Dr., Sault Ste. Marie, MI 49783. Upon hearing the ex parte motion of Plaintiff attesting to the fact that the whereabouts of Steven Miller and Shelia Miller a/k/a Shelia Bonfiglio and their unknown heirs, claimants, or any other entities claiming a right title or interest in a 1988 Champion Trailer, VIN 548-850C-4329 A&B and service of process cannot be effectuated. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-named Defendants shall serve their answers on Mark L. Dobias, Attorney at Law, P.C., 546 Ashmun Street, PO Box 480, Sault Ste. Marie, MI 49783 or take other such action as may be permitted by law on or about or before April 6, 2026. Failure to comply with this order will result in a default judgment against Defendants for the relief sought in the complaint filed in this action and their rights in the above-described 1988 Mobile Home will be forever barred. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this order be published once a week for three consecutive weeks in the Sault News, a newspaper of general circulation in Chippewa County, Michigan.
