STATE OF MICHIGAN IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE COUNTY OF HILLSDALE An action has been filed in the First Circuit Court for the County of Hillsdale, Michigan, bearing file number 25-679-CH, seeking to quiet title to real property located in the Township of Camden, Hillsdale County, Michigan, described as: "Beginning at a point at the shore of Long Lake 16 rods West and about 33 rods South of the intersection of the road on the North side of Section 29, Town 8 South, Range 4 West, and the North and South road running across the Southwest ¼ of Section 20, running thence North about 33 rods to Section line; thence East 42 rods; thence South parallel with the North and South ¼ line of said Section 29 to the edge of the lake to the place of beginning. Commonly known as 9677 West Camden Road, Montgomery, Michigan." The Plaintiffs in the action are Joseph J. Sreenan and Mary E. Sreenan, husband and wife, and the named Defendants in the action are Sandra A. Miller, Sean Miller, Jeff Miller, David Miller, and the Unknown and Unidentified Heirs, Successors, and Assigns of David B. Miller, Deceased. Defendants Sean Miller, Jeff Miller, David Miller, and the Unknown and Unidentified Heirs, Successors, and Assigns of David B. Miller, Deceased, must answer or take other action permitted by law within 28 days after the last date of publication of this notice.
