YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint in this action, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to the said Complaint on the Plaintiff or its attorney, Thomas H. Brush, at the office of, Brush Law Firm, P.A., 12 Carriage Lane, Suite A , Charleston, South Carolina, 29407, within thirty (30) days after the service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service; and, if you fail to answer the Complaint within the time aforesaid, we will apply to the Court for Default Judgment to be awarded against you.
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that should you fail to answer the foregoing Summons, the Plaintiff will move for a general Order of Reference of this cause to the Master-in-Equity/Special Referee for the aforesaid County which Order shall, pursuant to Rule 53, South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, specifically provide that the said Master-in-Equity/Special Referee is authorized and empowered to enter final judgment in this case. An appeal from the final judgment entered by the Master-in-Equity/Special Referee shall be made directly to the Supreme Court.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action will be commenced in this Court for the foreclosure of that certain mortgage given by the Defendants, Jonathan M. Tarr and Stacey M. Tarr to the Plaintiff, CPM Federal Credit Union, in the amount of Seventy-Nine Thousand and 00/100 ($79,000.00) Dollars, dated January 6, 2023, and recorded on January 13, 2023 in the ROD Office for Greenville County in Book 5721 at Pages 3870-3876 on account of default in the condition of said Mortgage on the following described property:
ALL that piece, parcel or lot of land with all improvements thereon or hereafter constructed thereon, situate, lying and being in the Town of Simpsonville, County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, on the Eastern side of Ashley Oaks Drive, being shown and designated as Lot No. 27 on a plat of Brentwood, Section II, made by Piedmont Engineers and Architects dated May 19, 1972, recorded in the ROD Office of Greenville County, South Carolina, in Plat Book 4-R, at Page 5 and being shown on a more recent survey for James A. Neill and Jean C. Neill prepared by Arbor Engineering, dated February 8, 1994 and recorded in the ROD Office for Greenville County, South Carolina in Plat Book 27-C, at Page 31.
