Storm Water General Permit Rule 6 LyondellBasell Advanced Polymers, Inc. (with corporate office located at 2800Post Oak Blvd, Suite 5100, Houston, Texas 77056 is submitting an NOI letter for our facility (located 2 at 15000 North Highway 41, Evansville, IN 47725) to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-6 to discharge storm water exposed to industrial activities. Run-off from the facility will discharge to an unnamed ditch which is tributary of Pond Flat Ditch, which is a tributary to a series of creaks which leads to the Ohio River.
