SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE WHEREAS, on November 30th, 2001, OTHIEAL CLARK, a married man executed a certain Deed of Trust to STEPHEN R. COLSON, Trustee for the use and benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for NORTH TEXAS FINANCIAL NETWORK, INC., its successors and assigns which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County, Mississippi, on December 11, 2001, in Deed of Trust Book 5487 Page 707 as Instrument #735247 WHEREAS, ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC, the current holder and/or assignee, substituted THE LAW OFFICES OF HERSCHEL C. ADCOCK, JR., LLC as Trustee by instrument recorded in the Hinds County 1st District Chancery Clerk's Office on February 6, 2026 in Deed of Trust Book 7330 Page 5314, as Instrument #1938514 and WHEREAS, Default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, NEW RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2018-1, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee in said deed of trust, will on March 31, 2026 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at the main front door of the County Courthouse of Hinds County 1st District in Jackson, Mississippi, to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property situated in Hinds County, Mississippi, to wit: That certain land situated in the County of Hinds, State of Mississippi, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Lot Eight (8), Block "I", Country Club Place, according to the map or plat thereof which is on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County at Jackson, Mississippi, in Plat Book 3, at Page 53 thereof, reference to which is hereby made in aid of and as a part of this description.
