SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
COUNTY OF HINDS 1ST
WHEREAS, on the 12th day of September, 2023, Reliable Rental Equipment, LLC, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Preferred Title & Escrow, Trustee for Silver Hill Funding, LLC, Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds 1st County, Mississippi in Book 7300 at Page 3134 Instrument# 1841286; and
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of December, 2023, Silver Hill Funding, LLC, assigned said Deed of Trust unto Community Loan Servicing, LLC, by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 7303 at Page 4229 Instrument# 1861032; and
WHEREAS, on the 1st day of October, 2025 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 7325 at Page 7036 Instrument# 1932319; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 5th day of December, 2025, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the main North front door of the Hinds 1st County Circuit Courthouse at 407 East Pascagoula Street at Jackson, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Hinds 1st County, Mississippi, to-wit:
The following described land and property located in Hinds County, Mississippi, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at Northwest corner of Lot 15, Block L Northview Addition, Part 2, Southwesterly 100 feet Easterly 9.2 feet to Point of Beginning Easterly 167.6 feet, Southerly 151.37 feet Westerly 219.14 feet Northerly 167.76 feet to Point of Beginning of Lot 15 Block L Northview Additional Part 2.
Being the same property conveyed to Reliable Rental Equipment LLC herein by Quit Claim Deed recorded at Book 7252 Page 7880 in the Register's Office of Hinds County, MS.
I will only convey such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.
