SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF MADISON WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of May, 2022, Thomas Corey McDonald, single man, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Maples & Richey, PLLC, Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Bank of England, Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Madison County, Mississippi in T Book 4203 at Page 907 Instrument# 956111; and WHEREAS, on the 8th day of July, 2025, Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, assigned said Deed of Trust unto Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in T Book 4580 at Page 607 Instrument# 1031942; and WHEREAS, on the 31st day of October, 2025 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in T Book 4615 at Page 357 Instrument# 1038113; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 11th day of December, 2025, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the Courthouse door - front entrance Circuit Courthouse, 128 W. North Street at Canton, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Madison County, Mississippi, to-wit: Lot 294, Grayhawk, Phase 5A, a subdivision according to a map or plat thereof which is on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Madison County at Canton, Mississippi, in Plat Cabinet F at Slides 26A and 26B, reference to which is hereby made in aid of and as a part of this description.
