SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on April 26, 2010, Won Davis executed a Deed of Trust to Matt H. Laird, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Beneficiary, acting solely as nominee for Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc., its successors and assigns, which is recorded in Book 7105 at Page 4948 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust was assigned to Truist Bank by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 7325 at Page 3486; and WHEREAS, Underwood Law Firm PLLC has been substituted as Trustee under the Deed of Trust; and WHEREAS, default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby has been declared due and payable in accordance with the terms of the Deed of Trust, and the legal holder of the indebtedness secured thereby, Truist Bank, has requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell the property in accordance with the terms of the Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder together with attorney's fees, Substituted Trustee's fees, and expenses of sale. NOW, THEREFORE, Underwood Law Firm PLLC, as Substituted Trustee under the Deed of Trust, will on January 9, 2026, offer for sale at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash within legal hours (between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.) at the north front door of the Hinds County Courthouse (First Judicial District) in Jackson, Mississippi, the following described property together with all improvements thereon, being the same property described in the Deed of Trust: Lot 73, Brinoy Heights, a subdivision according to a map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County at Jackson, Mississippi, in Plat Book 14 at Page 17 thereof, reference to which is hereby made in aid of and as part of this description.
