SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on December 23, 2022, Echo Falls Holdings LLC executed a Deed of Trust to Chicago Title Insurance Company, as Trustee for the benefit of Corevest American Finance Lender LLC, which is recorded in Book 7291 at Page 134 as Instrument No. 1824854 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust was last assigned to RRM RE Holding LLC by instrument recorded in Book 7330 at Page 585 as Instrument No. 1936770 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, Underwood Law Firm PLLC has been duly appointed as Substituted Trustee by instrument recorded in Book 7332 at Page 7147 as Instrument No. 1943695 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment and performance of the obligations secured by the Deed of Trust, and RRM RE Holding LLC, the holder of the indebtedness and the beneficiary under the Deed of Trust, has declared the entire balance due and payable and has requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to sell the property under the power of sale contained in the Deed of Trust.
