Succession of Carl Ronald Posey Succession of Carl Ronald Posey 7th Judicial District Court Carl Ronald Posey Parish of Catahoula Probate No. 31/403"A"/4329 State of Louisiana NOTICE NOTICE IS GIVEN that John Anthony Posey, administrator of the Succession of Carl Ronald Posey is applying for authority to sell at private sale, on terms of FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND NO/100 ($47,100.00) DOLLARS cash, with the succession paying realtor's fees and some closing costs, the immovable property owned by the Succession of Carl Ronald Posey described below: A certain tract of ground situated in the Parish of Rapides, State of Louisiana being part of Lot 51 of the Experiment Planttion as shown by Plat thereof duly recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 9 et seq. of the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Southwestern corner of Lot 51 of the Experiment Plantation as aforesaid being a corner common to Lots 51 and 52 of said Experiment Plantation and England Drive, a public highway; thence run along said highway North 32 degrees West 105 feet to establish the point of beginning; from the point of beginning thus established continue along said England Drive North 32 degrees 105 feet, thus establishing the front of the property herein described on said England Drive; thence back from said front between equal and parallel lines 210 feet. The property herein described has a front on England Drive of 105 feet by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 210 feet and containing an area of .50 acres, more or less. All as more fully shown by Plat of James B. Smith, registered civil engineer, dated April 19, 1967. Said property having a municipal address of 1604 England Drive, Alexandria, LA 71303. An order authorizing the administrator to do so may be issued after seven days from the date of second publication of this notice.
