Suffolk is soliciting bids for Phase IV of Legacy Point in Fort Myers. Suffolk is honored to have been selected as the General Contractor to build Phase IV of the Legacy Point project in Fort Myers. The project will be located at Edison Avenue, Fort Myers, FL 33916 and consists of the new construction of 18 apartment buildings and associated infrastructure. Interested contractors can access the documents through the Building Connected website, and should submit their sealed bids via Building Connected, or delivered in person to our office located at 10600 Chevrolet Way #301, Estero FL 33928. All bids must be received no later than 11/21/2025. Registered Disadvantaged and/or Minority business enterprises are encouraged to bid competitively.
