The Plaintiff, Tracey Baytops, was lawfully married to the Defendant, Teddy Blandin, on the 9th of September, 1999, in a religious ceremony in Camden, New Jersey. 2. The Plaintiff, Tracey Baytops, resides at 1264 Kenwood Ave, Camden, New Jersey 08103, and was a bona fide resident of the State of New Jersey when the cause of action arose, and has ever since and for more than one (1) year prior to the commencement of this action and continued to be such bona fide resident. 3. The Defendant, Teddy Blandin, resides at 1110 Lake Shore Drive, Camden, New Jersey 08104. 4. In or about March, 2024, the time the within cause of action arose, the Plaintiff, Tracey Baytops resided at 1264 Kenwood Ave, Camden, New Jersey 08103. 5. At the time the within cause of action arose, the Defendant, Teddy Blandin, resided at 1110 Lake Shore Drive, Camden, New Jersey 08104. 6. Irreconcilable differences have caused the breakdown of the marriage for a period of over six (6) months. Said irreconcilable differences are such that it is unreasonable to expect the Plaintiff to continue to be married to the Defendant, and the marriage should be dissolved. 7. There have been no previous proceedings between the parties. 8. This is the first marriage for the Plaintiff and the first marriage for the Defendant. 9. There were no children born of the marriage. 10. The Plaintiff has inadequate means of support or to pay her counsel fees and costs. 11. Property and debt, both real and personal, was legally and beneficially acquired by the parties, and/or either of them, during the marriage. WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff demands judgment: A. Dissolving the marriage between the parties; B. Equitably distributing property and debt, both real and personal, which was legally and beneficially acquired by them, or either of them, during the course of the marriage; C. For counsel fees and costs; and D. For such other relief as this Court deem just and equitable.
