An adoption proceeding was filed in the Family Court of Horry County on October 8, 2025, and in this Petition, you are named as the legal mother of a male child born in New York County, New York on February 17, 2016. 2. A final hearing is scheduled for March 6, 2025 at 11:30AM at the Horry County Courthouse, 1301 2nd Avenue, Conway, SC 29526. 3. If you file a Notice to Contest, Intervene or otherwise Respond with both the Clerk of Court for Horry County and the Chief Administrative Judge for the 15th Judicial Circuit Family Court, at Horry County Family Court, 1301 2nd Ave, Conway, SC 29526 or (mailing) P.O. Box 677, Conway, SC 29526, within 30 days of the receipt of this Notice, you will be given an opportunity to appear and be heard prior to the Final Hearing. All of the above-named must be informed, and kept advised, of your current address throughout the adoption proceedings. 4. Your failure to respond within 30 days of this Notice of Adoption Proceedings constitutes your consent to this adoption and the forfeiture of all your rights and obligations with respect to the child who is the subject of this action.
