YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED, advised and notified, that pursuant to the South Carolina Eminent Domain Procedures Act, Section 28-2-10, et seq., the within Condemnation Notice and Tender of Payment, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, has been filed with the Clerk of Court for Greenville County. The purpose of this lawsuit is to enable the Condemnor, the South Carolina Department of Transportation, to acquire certain real property for its public purposes, as is more fully stated in the attached Condemnation Notice and Tender of Payment. Responsive pleadings to the Condemnation Notice and Tender of Payment are not necessary.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Condemnor above named pursuant to the South Carolina Eminent Domain Procedures Act, Section 28-2-10, et seq., of the South Carolina Code of Laws, 1976, as amended, has brought an action against the Condemnee(s) above named to acquire the real property described herein for public purposes, to-wit: All that parcel or strip of land, to establish a right of way, with improvements thereon, including the metal building, containing 20,321 square feet (0.47 of an acre) of land, being the entire tract and being described as follows: within 12.54 feet (at edge of pavement) on the right of Road S-507 (Brooks Avenue), at approximate survey station 12+50.86, thence along the property line to within 279.65 feet at approximate survey station 12+98.37 on the right of Road S-507 (Brooks Avenue), thence along the property line to within 255.77 feet at approximate survey station 13+70.91 on the right of Road S-507 (Brooks Avenue), thence along the property line to within 151.52 feet at approximate survey station 14+03.89 on the right of Road S-507 (Brooks Avenue), thence along the property line to within 99.22 feet at approximate survey station 13+38.60 on the right of Road S-507 (Brooks Avenue), thence along the property line to within 102.38 feet at approximate survey station 13+27.06 on the right of Road S-507 (Brooks Avenue), thence along the property line to within 83.95 feet at approximate survey station 13+12.75 on the right of Road S-507 (Brooks Avenue), thence along the property line to within 57.58 feet at approximate survey station 13+53.49 on the right of Road S-507 (Brooks Avenue), thence along the property line to within 11.37 feet at approximate survey station 13+18.64 (at edge of pavement) on the right of Road S-507 (Brooks Avenue). The property sought herein is to be acquired for public purposes, more particularly for the construction of a section of a section of Road S-507 (Brooks Avenue) Bridge Replacement over Langston Creek.
