BRADLEY E. JONES , and Brad Jones Enterprises, LLC-S, f/k/a The Brad Jones All Star Agency LLC, Cross-Claim Defendants.
The State of Indiana to the cross-claim defendant(s) above named, and any other person who may be concerned. Bradley E. Jones is hereby notified that he has been sued as a cross-claim defendant by Defendant/Cross-Claim Plaintiff Optus Bank in the Marion Superior Court 33 in an action entitled Forum Credit Union v. Bradley E. Jones, et. al., Case Number 49D33-2507-MF-032982.
In its capacity as Defendant/Cross-Claim Plaintiff, Optus Bank is represented by Patricia Román Hass and Caylee R. Hamilton, Frost Brown Todd LLP, 111 Monument Circle, Suite 4500 P.O. Box 44961 Indianapolis, IN 46244-0961.
The nature of the cross-claim against Bradley E. Jones is breach of note and foreclosure of mortgage on certain Real Estate in which he claims some interest therein. The Real Estate involved in this action consists of the following parcel in Marion County, Indiana, corresponding to Tax Parcel 49-15-22-105-015.000-300, or:
Lot 65 in Heathwood, a subdivision in Marion County, Indiana, as per plat thereof, recorded March 6, 1984 as Instrument No. 84-1683, in the Office of the Recorder of Marion County, Indiana.

If Bradley E. Jones has a claim for relief against Defendant/Cross-Claim Plaintiff Optus Bank arising from the same transaction or occurrence, he must assert it in his written answer. Bradley E. Jones or his attorney must answer the cross-claim in writing within thirty (30) days after the third (3rd) publication of this Summons in this newspaper. Failure to timely respond in writing will result in a judgment against Bradley E. Jones for the relief demanded by Defendant/Cross-Claim Plaintiff.
