YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint in this action, which Complaint was filed on December 2, 2025, and to serve a copy of your answer to said Complaint upon the subscriber at 100 Whitsett St., Greenville SC 29601, within 30 days after service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail to answer the Complaint within that time, the Plaintiff shall proceed in default proceedings against you and shall apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been filed and is pending in this Court upon Plaintiff's Complaint against the above-named Defendants to quiet title to real property in Plaintiff's name. The subject property is described as follows: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, City of Greenville, on the North side of Perry Avenue, being shown on Tax Map No. 0123.00-13-003.01 which is about 0.127 acres more or less by plat prepared by Benchmark Surveying, Inc., being recorded in Greenville County Plat Book 1302 at Page 31 on April 20, 2018. This being the same property conveyed unto Doe Rae Me, LLC, by deed of A. Kevin Hunter, II, Tax Collector for Greenville County, dated May 30, 2023 and recorded on May 30, 2023 in Deed Book 2689 at Page 2570 in the Register of Deeds for Greenville County..
