Arch Construction, LLC; E Home Renovations, LLC; United Home Loan Services, Inc.; Billy Joseph Mobley, Jr.; Karen C. Mobley; Joseph Scott Mobley; and Lisa Mobley Funderburk, Defendants. This being the same property conveyed unto Doe Rae Me, LLC, by deed of A. Kevin Hunter, II, Tax Collector for Greenville County, dated May 30, 2023 and recorded on May 30, 2023 in Deed Book 2689 at Page 2570 in the Register of Deeds for Greenville County.. Rachel G.
