Cause No. 24-PR-306-CS HEIRS AT LAW OF LULA MAE MYRICK, DECEASED, DEFENDANTS SUMMONS THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI TO: The Heirs-at-Law of Lula Mae Myrick, Deceased NOTICE TO DEFENDANTS You have been made Defendants in the suit filed in this Court by Robert Avery Myrick, Administrator of the Estate of Lula Mae Myrick, deceased, Plaintiff, seeking an adjudication that he, Robert Avery Myrick, and the four children of Diane M. Hebbard, deceased, namely, Jennifer Quraishi, Adam Henbbard, Elizabeth Trevor Verrot, and Matthew Hebbard are the sole and only heir-at-law of Lula Mae Myrick, deceased. You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on the 19th day of November, A.D., 2025 in the Courtroom of Chancellor Chad Smith at the Paul B. Johnson Chancery Facility of the Forrest County Courthouse Complex situated at 641 Main Street, Hattiesburg, Forrest County, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a Judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
