You have been sued by the person(s) named "plaintiff" in the court stated above.
The nature of the suit against you is stated in the complaint filed in the case referenced in this summons. It also states the demand which the plaintiff has made against you.
Plaintiff is foreclosure on a Mortgage it holds against the subject property located at 620 N Bradley Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46201 in Marion County, Indiana and more commonly described as follows:
LOT NUMBERED 1 IN WINMAR PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF INDIANAPOLIS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 105, IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF MARION COUNTY, INDIANA.
You must answer the complaint in writing filed with the Court, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the last notice of action is published, or judgment will be entered against you for what the plaintiff demanded.
If you deny the demand and/or have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.
