KINDLY TAKE NOTICE that a complaint has been filed against you in the Superior Court of New Jersey, in the case of Marko Properties LLC v. Trinity Wellness Emporium LLC and Betsy O'Connell, docket number MON-L-3514-25, arising out of unpaid rent for 1017 Hwy 36, Union Beach. The complaint describes the nature of the claim against you.
YOU ARE REQUIRED to file an answer to the complaint within 35 days of the publication of this notice; you must pay a $175.00 filing fee and include a case information statement. Failure to file an answer may result in the entry of a default judgment for damages, interest and court costs, against you. A telephone call will not protect your rights; you are required to file a written answer or motion.
