SUMMONS IN RE THE MARRIAGE OF HEBERT BALTAZARD AND MIRLANDE FENELON, IN THE TIPPECANOE SUPERIOR COURT #2, CAUSE NO. 79D02-2604-DN-220. TO: MIRLANDE FENELON This Summons by publication is directed to Mirlande Fenelon whose whereabouts are unknown. Mirlande Fenelon is hereby notified that a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Tippecanoe Superior Court #2, P.O. Box 1665, Lafayette, Indiana 47902 by Hebert Baltazard, the petitioner. The Petition for Dissolution of Marriage alleges that the parties' marriage has suffered an irretrievable breakdown and should be dissolved.
