The nature of the suit against you is: On or about July 17, 2025, Defendant, Matthew McNeeley was operating a motor vehicle at or near US 27 at the I-469 intersection, Fort Wayne, Allen County, Indiana, and in violation of the common law and the statutes of Indiana, was negligent in the operation of his motor vehicle, causing a collision with Plaintiff, Jason Gibson's vehicle.
