YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon STERN LAVINTHAL & FRANKENBERG LLC, plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 103 Eisenhower Parkway - Suite 100, Roseland, New Jersey 07068, an Answer to the Complaint, filed in a civil action, in which NEW JERSEY HOUSING AND MORTGAGE FINANCE AGENCY is the plaintiff and GILBERT DELEON, ET AL. are the defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Burlington County, and within thirty-five (35) days after 11/4/2025 or the date of this publication, whichever is later, exclusive of such date(s). If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and Proof of Service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market Street, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules of civil practice and procedure.
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated January 10, 2024 made by GILBERT DELEON and KIMBERLY DELEON, HIS WIFE to ABSOLUTE HOME MORTGAGE CORPORATION, recorded on January 18, 2024 in the Office of the Burlington County Clerk/Register in Mortgage Book OR13703, Page 3937. On 1/10/2024, said obligation and mortgage were assigned to NEW JERSEY HOUSING AND MORTGAGE FINANCE AGENCY by written assignment dated January 10, 2024 and of record on January 18, 2024 in the Office of the Clerk/Register of Burlington County in Assignment Book OR13703, Page 3966. 2) To recover possession of the lands and premises commonly known as 48 HUNTINGTON DRIVE, SOUTHAMPTON, NJ, 08088. Block 2702.11, Lot 5.
