On 3/3/2020, said obligation and mortgage were assigned to LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC by written assignment dated March 3, 2020 and of record on March 24, 2020 in the Office of the Clerk/Register of Burlington County in Assignment Book OR13439, Page 246. 2) To recover possession of the lands and premises commonly known as 37 BIRMINGHAM DRIVE, COLUMBUS, NJ, 08022.
