YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon STERN LAVINTHAL & FRANKENBERG LLC, plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 103 Eisenhower Parkway - Suite 100, Roseland, New Jersey 07068, an Answer to the Complaint, filed in a civil action, in which LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the plaintiff and IVORY CARTER, JR., ET AL. are the defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Burlington County, and within thirty-five (35) days after 6/4/2026 or the date of this publication, whichever is later, exclusive of such date(s). If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint (and Amendment to Complaint, if any). You shall file your Answer and Proof of Service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market Street, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules of civil practice and procedure.
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated October 10, 2017 made by IVORY CARTER, JR. and LOUISE V. CARTER to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS MORTGAGEE, AS NOMINEE FOR LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, recorded on November 1, 2017 in the Office of the Burlington County Clerk/Register in Mortgage Book OR13304, Page 5446. On 3/3/2020, said obligation and mortgage were assigned to LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC by written assignment dated March 3, 2020 and of record on March 24, 2020 in the Office of the Clerk/Register of Burlington County in Assignment Book OR13439, Page 246. 2) To recover possession of the lands and premises commonly known as 37 BIRMINGHAM DRIVE, COLUMBUS, NJ, 08022. Block 10.04, Lot 10.

YOU, MRS. IVORY CARTER, JR., HIS WIFE, are made a party defendant to this foreclosure action because you are the spouse of the record owner of the mortgaged premises being foreclosed herein and may be liable for any right, title or interest you may have in, to or against said mortgaged premises.
YOU, LOUISE V. CARTER, are made a party defendant to this foreclosure action because you are one of the record owners of the mortgaged premises and because you executed the obligation and mortgage being foreclosed herein and may be liable for any deficiency thereon, and for any right, title or interest you may have in, to or against said mortgaged premises.
