On 8/28/2019, said obligation and mortgage were assigned to AMERIHOME MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC by written assignment dated August 28, 2019 and of record on September 5, 2019 in the Office of the Clerk/Register of Ocean County in Assignment Book 17594, Page 805. On 5/24/2021, said obligation and mortgage were further assigned to LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC by written assignment dated May 24, 2021 and of record on June 17, 2021 in the Office of the Clerk/Register of Ocean County in Assignment Book 18536, Page 639. 2) To recover possession of the lands and premises commonly known as 193 ASHDOWN FOREST LANE, TOMS RIVER , NJ, 08755.
