YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon STERN LAVINTHAL & FRANKENBERG LLC, plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 103 Eisenhower Parkway - Suite 100, Roseland, New Jersey 07068, an Answer to the Amendment to Complaint, filed in a civil action, in which LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the plaintiff and HERSCH GOLDSTEIN, ET AL. are the defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Ocean County, and within thirty-five (35) days after 6/9/2026 or the date of this publication, whichever is later, exclusive of such date(s). If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Amendment to Complaint. You shall file your Answer and Proof of Service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market Street, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules of civil practice and procedure.
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated October 25, 2017 made by HERSCH GOLDSTEIN to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS MORTGAGEE, AS NOMINEE FOR FM HOME LOANS, LLC, recorded on October 27, 2017 in the Office of the Ocean County Clerk/Register in Mortgage Book 16920, Page 698. On 8/28/2019, said obligation and mortgage were assigned to AMERIHOME MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC by written assignment dated August 28, 2019 and of record on September 5, 2019 in the Office of the Clerk/Register of Ocean County in Assignment Book 17594, Page 805. On 5/24/2021, said obligation and mortgage were further assigned to LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC by written assignment dated May 24, 2021 and of record on June 17, 2021 in the Office of the Clerk/Register of Ocean County in Assignment Book 18536, Page 639. 2) To recover possession of the lands and premises commonly known as 193 ASHDOWN FOREST LANE, TOMS RIVER , NJ, 08755. Block 61.01, Lot 48.

YOU, HERSCH GOLDSTEIN, are made a party defendant to this foreclosure action because you are one of the record owners of the mortgaged premises and because you executed the obligation and mortgage being foreclosed herein and may be liable for any deficiency thereon, and for any right, title or interest you may have in, to or against said mortgaged premises.
YOU, HENNIE GOLDSTEIN, HIS WIFE, are made a party defendant to this foreclosure action because you are the spouse of the record owner of the mortgaged premises being foreclosed herein and may be liable for any right, title or interest you may have in, to or against said mortgaged premises.
YOU, ARTON FETAHAJ, are made pary defendant to this foreclosure action for any right, title or interest you may have in, to or against said mortgaged premises, by Deed dated September 15, 2025, MICHAEL G. MASTRONARDY, SHERIFF OF OCEAN COUNTY conveyed the premises described in Paragraph 3 to ARTON FETAHAJ, which Deed is of record on October 22, 2025 in the Office of the Clerk/Register of the county of Ocean in Deed Book 20171, Page 878.
YOU, MRS. ARTON FETAHAJ, HIS WIFE, are made a party defendant to this foreclosure action because you are the spouse of the record owner of the mortgaged premises being foreclosed herein and may be liable for any right, title or interest you may have in, to or against said mortgaged premises.
YOU, ISAAC NEGER A/K/A YITZCHOK NEGER, are made a party defendant to this foreclosure action because you hold a lien that may affect the mortgaged premises and the mortgage is being foreclosed herein and you are entitled to notice of this action for any right, title, claim or interest you may have in, to or against said mortgaged premises.
