PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned will apply to the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hon. Judge J. Nocella, P.J.Ch., Olde Court House, 120 High Street, 1st FL, Mt. Holly, NJ 08060 for entry of Final Judgment. If you want to object to this motion you must do so in writing within ten (10) days after the publication date of this Notice. Any objection must address the subject of the motion and detail with specificity the basis of the objection. You must file your objection with the Clerk, of the Superior Court, Olde Court House, 120 High Street, 1st FL, Mt. Holly, NJ 08060 and serve a copy on the moving party. Your personal appearance at the Superior Court will not qualify as an objection. If you file a specific objection, the case will be sent to a Judge for resolution. You will be informed by the Judge of the time and place of the hearing on the motion. The certificates being foreclosed in this action are listed as follows and recorded with the BURLINGTON County Clerk/Register: 16-00202, recorded on May 17, 2016 in Mortgage Book OR13222 at Page 6195, Inst #5218099; The record owner of the property is CLARA P. UNDERCUFFLER. The property is located at Coreopsis Street in the Township of Pemberton in the County of Burlington and State of New Jersey and is described on the tax map of said municipality as Block 380, Lot 47.
DEMAND A SHERIFF'S SALE. At any time prior to the entry of a final judgment of foreclosure, the Owner of the property, or his or her heirs, shall have the right to demand, in writing to the Superior Court, that the property be sold by a judicial sale as in the manner of a mortgage or an Internet action of the property through the office of the country sheriff to preserve any equity that may be in the property. If the property goes to sheriff's sale, the sheriff will hold a public auction sale and the property will be sold to the highest bidder. If the property sells for more than what is owed to the plaintiff, there may be surplus money available to pay other liens on the property or to pay to you.
