The property is located at Coreopsis Street in the Township of Pemberton in the County of Burlington and State of New Jersey and is described on the tax map of said municipality as Block 380, Lot 47. DEMAND A SHERIFF'S SALE. At any time prior to the entry of a final judgment of foreclosure, the Owner of the property, or his or her heirs, shall have the right to demand, in writing to the Superior Court, that the property be sold by a judicial sale as in the manner of a mortgage or an Internet action of the property through the office of the country sheriff to preserve any equity that may be in the property.
