The nature of this action is to foreclose a certain condominium lien(s) recorded against the Property known as 354D Old Nassau Road, Block #56, Lot #48.02, Monroe Township, New Jersey, located in Middlesex County, New Jersey. The liens being foreclosed are identified and recorded in the Middlesex County Clerk's Office as follows: (1) Claim of Lien in the amount of $17,506.15, recorded on September 30, 2022 in O-Book 19052 at Page 407, et. seq.; and (2) Amended Claim of Lien in the amount of $32,665.73 recorded on October 2, 2024, in O-Book 19560 at Page 1903, et. seq.; and (3) Amended Claim of Lien in the amount of $40,530.79, recorded on September 26, 2025, in O-Book 19834 at Page 509, et. seq. If you dispute this Complaint, you or your attorney must file a written Answer or Motion and proof of service with the Deputy Clerk of the Superior Court in the County listed above within 35 days from the date you received this Summons, not counting the date you received it.
