Notice of Application for Surface Commingling
Occidental Permian LTD. is applying to the Railroad Commission to amend previously approved Commingle Permit #5009. Leases included in the permit are Prentice (6700 Clearfork) Unit, Central Glorieta Unit, Willie, Johnny, CWC Prentice, Carleton A H and Crutchfield F A A located in Yoakum and Terry Counties. Production is from the Prentice (6700), Prentice and Platang (San Andres) fields and will be commingled into the Prentice Central Battery, located in RRC District 8A in Yoakum County.
Pursuant to Statewide Rules 26 and 27, interested parties must file objections or requests for hearing in writing to the Railroad Commission office within 21 days after publication, or the Commission may approve the application.
