SYNOPSIS OF PROPOSED DELHI CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES MINUTES EVAN HOPE, TOWNSHIP CLERK The Delhi Charter Township Board of Trustees met in a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, in the Board Room at the Community Services Center, 2074 Aurelius Road, Holt, MI. Supervisor Montemayor called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Board Members Present: Supervisor Eddie Montemayor, Clerk Evan Hope, Treasurer Tom Lenard, Trustees Fredrick Ford, Matt Lincoln, DiAnne Warfield Board Members Absent: Wendi King Board Action on the following Township Board of Trustees Agenda items: (All items approved unless otherwise noted) Consent Agenda Approval of Minutes – Regular Board Meeting of April 7, 2026 Approval of Accounts Claims – April 14, 2026, in the amount of $462,818.82 Approval of Payroll – April 9, 2026, in the amount of $261,088.68Publicly Owned Treatment Works Annual Laboratory Supply Order New Business Resolution No. 2026-006 – Authorizing Issuance of 2026 Capital Improvement Bonds Pleasant River Lift Station Suction Pipe Lining – Publicly Owned Treatment Works Purchase of a Smeal/Spartan Rear-Mount Aerial Ladder Truck – Fire Department Board of Trustees meeting adjourned at 6:14 p.m.– Board of Trustees meeting minutes are available on the Township's Web Site: www.delhitownshipmi.gov.
