2. Dockham Builders Inc., for Joseph DiBrigida property owned and located at 14 Locke Rd., Tax Map 8.4, Lot 152 requests variances 190-6.3.A for expansion of a structure on nonconforming corner lot, from 190-2.4.C(1) for impervious ramp 9.21' from the rear boundary where 30' is required; and from 190-2.4.C(2) for impervious patio 17.5' from the side boundary where 20' is required.
