THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF BAY MEDICAL CENTER REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR DEMOLITION SERVICES FOR THE OUTPATIENT CENTER Notice is hereby given that The Board of Trustees of Bay Medical Center, a Special District (the "District"), is calling for and requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide demolition services to the District for the Outpatient Center building on the main hospital campus that was damaged by Hurricane Michael in Panama City, Florida. Demolition is to be completed as outlined in the request for proposals for this building: All submittals must be in writing and delivered by hand or courier to the District at 11 Harrison Avenue, Unit E, Panama City, Florida 32401. Submittals must be received by 12:00 p.m., central time, August 20, 2026. The submittals will be publicly opened at this time. Only submittals received by the stated time and date will be considered. Submittals received after the time set for the opening will be rejected and returned unopened to the submitter. All submittals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly labeled, "RFP – DEMOLITION SERVICES FOR the Outpatient Center." Please provide one (1) original, five (5) copies of the proposal, and one (1) electronic copy on a CD or flash drive with all the above information included (each document must be in an individual PDF format file).
