THE CITY OF CARRABELLE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) 2026-01 PROFESSIONAL WATER TANK MAINTENANCE SERVICES PURPOSE The City of Carrabelle, Florida (City), is accepting sealed competitive Qualifications for Professional Water Tank Maintenance Services. The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit and obtain the services of an experienced water storage tank maintenance contractor (Vendor) to enter into a full-service agreement with the City to provide a maintenance program for the five water storage tanks within the City's potable water system to meet regulatory compliance. This agreement shall include, but is not limited to, the following: inspection, rehabilitation, as-needed repairs, recoating, chemical cleaning, washout services, condition assessments and detailed reports and preventive maintenance. The selected Vendor shall enter into a contract to assume full responsibility and accountability for all maintenance issues related to the City's water storage tanks. It is the intent of this RFQ to determine the most qualified Vendor to which the City could contract these services. Each Vendor's submitted qualifications, experience and schedule will be utilized in determining the most responsive firms. If interested, qualified Vendors are required to submit the original proposal and two (2) copies to the City of Carrabelle City Hall, 1206 Hwy 98 East, Carrabelle, FL 32322, by the response deadline. Proposals shall be sealed and marked on the outside of the envelope "RFQ#: 2026-01; Professional Water Tank Maintenance Services".
