The City of Visalia Transit Division The City of Visalia Transit Division has prepared a draft Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) plan and goal in accordance with the DBE goal-setting regulations outlined in Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 (49 CFR 26). Interested stakeholders are encouraged to attend a public participation meeting and review of this goal on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 during the City's Citizen's Advisory Committee at 5:30 p.m. located at the Administration Building 220 N.
