2026 Financial and Market Feasibility Study
The Kaibab Band of the Paiute Indians was awarded a United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) – Rural Business Development Grant (RBDG) - Native to conduct a financial and market feasibility study to determine the viability of constructing a phased meat packaging and retail sales economic development enterprise on the Kaibab Paiute Indian Reservation. The Kaibab Paiute Tribal Council expects to sign a contract for this proposal no later the April 22, 2026 and provide the selected firm a Notice to Proceed no later than April 30, 2026. All services within this scope of work should be predicated on these dates with an expedited completion deadline no later than September 15, 2026. An original proposal must be received at the location and time specified in this competitive solicitation, in a sealed packet. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered for review. Proposals will not be accepted via facsimile or email. Award of the proposal will be based on the evaluation criteria I the full RFP within available funds. The Kaibab Band Paiute Indians reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive technicalities that serve the best interest of the Tribe.
