THE SOUTHEAST MORRIS COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Executive Director of The Southeast Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority, at the general offices of the Authority, 19 Saddle Road, Cedar Knolls, New Jersey 07927, on December 4, 2025, at 3:00 PM prevailing time for: CORROSION CONTROL TREATMENT (CCT) CHEMICALS. This contract includes the procurement and delivery of: 1:5 Zinc orthophosphate; 1:3 Zinc orthophosphate; 25:75 Ortho polyphosphate; and 50:50 Ortho polyphosphate.
Specifications and Bid Proposals may be obtained at the offices of the Authority, 19 Saddle Road, Cedar Knolls, New Jersey 07927, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Bidders must use the prepared proposal form which is contained in the Contract Documents. Each individual proposal must be separately enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Executive Director, The Southeast Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority, marked on the outside with the name of the item or project being bid on. All bids must be received at the general offices of the Authority at the date and time set forth above and may be accepted prior to such date or time or by courier, Federal Express or similar media. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after receipt of bids. No bids will be accepted after the time set forth above; provided, however, that the Authority may, in its sole discretion, waive this requirement and allow reasonable, minor extensions of time in cases of bona fide delay due to weather, traffic or similar uncontrollable conditions; and further provided that notice of the expected delay is provided to the Authority by messenger, telephone or e-mail prior to the time set forth above for receipt of bids. No bids will be accepted after any sealed bid is unsealed and opened.
The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive minor informalities or irregularities in the bids and to award the Contract to the lowest qualified Bidder.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
