The Southeast Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority Laboratory Testing Services for Potable and Non-Potable Water Sealed proposals in accordance with the competitive contracting regulations outlined in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1.–4.4. will be received by the Executive Director of The Southeast Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority (Authority), at the general offices of the Authority, 19 Saddle Road, Cedar Knolls, New Jersey 07927, by April 7, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. prevailing time for LABORATORY TESTING SERVICES FOR POTABLE AND NON-POTABLE WATER, at which time and place said bids will be publicly open and read. Please contact Alexis Bozza at abozza@smcmua.org with any questions or to obtain a copy of the specifications and proposal package. Questions related to the scope will be responded to up to seven (7) calendar days prior to proposal due date. Service provider must use the prepared proposal form which is contained in the documents. Each individual proposal must be separately enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Executive Director, The Southeast Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority, marked on the outside with the name of the proposal. All submittals may be delivered personally or by mail, FedEx or similar delivery/courier service to the general offices of the Authority prior to the date and time set forth above. No proposal may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after receipt. The Southeast Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority reserves the right to award the contract to the vendor that meets the evaluation criteria outlined in the Request for Proposals. The Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in the submittals and to reject any and all proposals.
