2:00 p.m. Local Time on January 21, 2026, at the Fund's Office at H. Carl McCall SUNY Building, 353 Broadway, Albany NY 12246, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Contractor shall complete all work necessary for substantial completion for each Detailed Scope of Work,
within the Job Order Completion time, for the Job Order Amount.
The Fund's project specific goals for this project for MBE, WBE, and SDVOB will be on an assignment basis.
Utilization Plans shall be accepted in the ONLINE FORMAT ONLY using the Fund's web-based application; any other form of submittal will be rejected.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on January 6, 2026, at 11 AM with all registered contractors assembled on a GoToWebinar Meeting.

Job Order Contracts are term Construction contracts that require the contractor to furnish and perform all work of every kind and all other things necessary to develop Job Orders in accordance with the General Requirements and complete in the most substantial and workmanlike manner for an ongoing series of small to medium sized, critical maintenance, repair projects, and minor new construction projects in certain counties of New York State for SUNY Campuses and Programs. The bid documents include Construction Task Catalogs that contain pre-set unit prices for a wide variety of construction tasks. Bidders will bid an Adjustment Factor to be applied to the unit prices.
The Fund reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to assign work to any Contractor, in any geographic region.
Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. Each bid must be identified, on the outside of the envelope, with the name and address of the bidder and designated a bid for the Project titled above. When a sealed bid is placed inside another delivery jacket, the bid delivery jacket must be clearly marked on the outside "BID ENCLOSED". It is the policy of the State of New York and the Fund to encourage minority/women's business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.
