Thomas Francis Williams Court Apartments Public Notice of Re-Opening of 1-Bedroom Waiting List Effective Monday, October 6, 2025 at 9:00am, Thomas Francis Williams Court Apartments (TFWCA) will re-open its waiting list for the following unit type: 1-bedroom units TFWCA is designed to provide housing to households in which the head or co-head of household, or a spouse is 62 or older; or, is physically disabled and requires the features of an accessible unit. The current wait is about 12 months for 1-bedroom units. Applications for 1-bedroom units can be picked up at 1900 Lincoln Street, Savannah, Georgia, but will not be distributed before October 6, 2025 at 9:00am.
