To the Adjacent Owners and All Interested Parties Notice of Intent of Land Disturbance and Construction In accordance with " Rule 5" (327 IAC 15-5), adopted in 1992 by the State Water Pollution Control Board and administered by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, notification is hereby given that R. Gregg Sutter will commence earth moving and construction for improvements on his property located on the East side of County Road 100 East, North of County Road 750 South, Lafayette, IN 47909. All such work including the installation of erosion control measures and practices deemed necessary shall comply with the aforesaid regulation. Receiving waters for surface runoff from the project site will include O'Neil Ditch to Montgomery Ditch to the Wea Creek. Questions or comments regarding this project should be directed to R.W.
