By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Vanderburgh County Superior Court in Cause No. 82D05-2601-MF-000479 wherein German American Bank, was Plaintiff, and Whitney M. Staup was the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of August 2026 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, via www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
LOT THREE (3) IN SECTION G IN WILLEMETTE VILLAGE, A REPLAT OF LITTLE FARMS, A SUBDIVISION OF A PART OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION SIXTEEN (16), TOWNSHIP SIX (6) SOUTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST, IN VANDERBURGH COUNTY, INDIANA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK H, PAGES 202 AND 203 IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF VANDERBURGH COUNTY, INDIANA.
