Town of Bourne Conservation Commission 24 Perry Avenue Buzzards Bay, MA 02532 Public Meeting Notice (508) 759-0600 x 1344 Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MGL and the Bourne Wetland Protection Bylaw, notice is hereby given that Tobey Island Association LLC has filed a proposal to apply high-grade, reclaimed asphalt millings to the Tobey Island causeway in a V flood zone and within 100-ft of a wetland resource area at 118 Emmons Road (roadway), Bourne. Plans for the project can be requested by emailing SFitch@bourne-ma.gov or AAmado@bourne-ma.gov.
