Mitchell III and Colleen K. Mitchell have proposed replacing the existing soil absortion system with a new 4-bedroom capacity soil absortion system within 100-foot buffer zone to Land Subject to Coastal Flowage, a Coastal bank, and a Coastal Beach, at 217 Presidents Road, Bourne MA. Plans for the project can be requested by emailing SFitch@bourne-ma.gov.
