Steinkrauss have proposed additions within existing footrprint, replace exterior steps, relocate HVAC system, and install new set of stairs at 16 Wenaumet Bluffs Drive, Bourne MA within Floos Zones and 100 ft. buffer to wetland resource areas. Plans for the project can be requested by emailing SFitch@bourne-ma.gov.
