Town of Brighton, Marathon County: Notice of Ordinance Number 6 amendment Please take notice that the Town of Brighton amended Ordinance 6, Recycling / Waste / Litter on November 11, 2025. Ordinance 6 was amended to add recommended and required language by the WI DNR including the proper preparation and disposal of waste and recyclable materials and no longer require the town provide the names and locations of sites where materials not collected by the town can be disposed.
