TOWN OF DOUGLAS CONSERVATION COMMISSION 29 DEPOT STREET, DOUGLAS, MA 01516 Pursuant to Mass General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, the Town of Douglas Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 15, 2025 at 6:30 PM for a Request for Amendment to an Order of Condition, MassDEP File# 143-1114, filed by the Town of Douglas for work located at 59 Depot Street to be done pursuant to the Town of Douglas Wetland Bylaw and the Wetland Protection Act MGL 131, Section 40. The Amendment to the Order of Conditions is being requested to expand the size of a proposed stormwater structure.
