TOWN OF DOUGLAS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Town of Douglas Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 7:00pm on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 in the Douglas Municipal Center, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA to hear the following Applications: 7:00 PM Kassidy Granger is requesting a Special Permit in a RA Zoned District pursuant to the MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Douglas Zoning Bylaws, Section 9.3 and Appendix A, B. Residential, Schedule of Use Regulations #3, to place a temporary trailer on property located at 106 Pine Street, Assessors Map 271, Parcel 11. A copy of the Application may be viewed in the Community Development Department during regular business hours.
