TOWN OF DOUGLAS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Town of Douglas Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 7:00pm on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 in the Douglas Municipal Center, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA to hear the following Applications: 7:00 PM Westview LLC is requesting a Comprehensive Permit pursuant to MGL Chapter 40B Sections 20-23 and the Town of Douglas, Comprehensive Permit Rules, for a proposed Residential Development with approximately 28.28 acres and 521 +/- feet of road frontage located at 30 Southwest Main St, Assessors Map 212, Parcel 1, in a RA (Rural Agriculture) Zoned District. The proposed project will consist of 30 duplex units. Eight (8) to be designated as affordable (as defined by MGL Chapter 40B, Section 20). A copy of the Application may be viewed in the Community Development Department during regular business hours.
