NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Douglas Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 7:00pm on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 in the Douglas Municipal Center, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA to hear the following Applications:
7:00 PM Westview LLC is requesting a Comprehensive Permit pursuant to MGL Chapter 40B Sections 20-23 and the Town of Douglas, Comprehensive Permit Rules, for a proposed Residential Development with approximately 28.28 acres and 521 +/- feet of road frontage located at 30 Southwest Main St, Assessors Map 212, Parcel 1, in a RA (Rural Agriculture) Zoned District. The proposed project will consist of 30 duplex units. Eight (8) to be designated as affordable (as defined by MGL Chapter 40B, Section 20).
A copy of the Application may be viewed in the Community Development Department during regular business hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed Application should appear at the time and place designated.
