Town of Durham Wagon Hill Farm Shoreline Restoration Project Phase II Town of Durham (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Wagon Hill Farm Shoreline Restoration Phase II Bids for the construction of the Project shall be submitted via hard copy sent to the Department of Public Works located at 100 Stone Quarry Drive, Durham, New Hampshire, until Monday, November 3, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: 1. Stabilizing the seaward edge of 1,470 linear feet of existing tidal marsh 2. Stabilizing 365 linear feet of upland slope and rebuilding tidal marsh 3. Installation of 1,185 linear feet of walking trail and 1,800 feet of adjacent fence 4.
