Town of Ellettsville Board of Zoning Appeals Notice of Public Hearing The Ellettsville Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider a petition by Todd Sacksteder Case Number BZA 25-10, for consideration of a variance from development standards to reduce the east side setback for 4567 W. Johanna Drive on the 12th day of November, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., at Ellettsville Town Hall located at 1150 W. Guy McCown Drive. The subject parcels are located at the north terminus of W. Nestle Down Drive, the west terminus of N. Union Valley Road and more fully described herein as: Lot 6 in Arvin Subdivision, as shown on the plat thereof, recorded October 22, 2024 as Instrument No. 2024011308, in the office of the Recorder of Monroe County, Indiana. Parcel No: 53-04-11-500-017.000-013. Interested persons desiring to present their views upon said request, either verbally or in writing, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above-mentioned time and place. Written suggestions, photographs and/or other documentation, or objections to provisions of said request may be submitted to the Ellettsville Planning Department prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of the hearing.
