TOWN OF FOREST FOND DU LAC COUNTY, WI NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF AMENDED TOWN ZONING ORDINANCE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 8, 2026, the Town of Forest, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, adopted amendments to the Town of Forest Zoning Ordinance defining and excluding Data Centers within the Town of Forest. The amendments cover the following topics: Section 3 - Definitions Section 5(A) - Residential District Use Section 6(B) - Farmland Preservation District Permitted Uses Section 6(C) - Farmland Preservation District Special Exceptions Section 8(A) - Business District Use Section 9(A) - Industrial District Use PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Zoning Ordinance contains penalties and forfeitures for violations of the various provisions.
