TOWN OF HOPKINTON INVITATION TO BID The Hopkinton Public Schools, acting through the School Committee, invites sealed bids for the Hopkinton Adaptive Playground project in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by BETA Group, Inc. Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Assistant Superintendent for Finance & Operations, School Administration Building, 89 Hayden Rowe Street, Hopkinton, MA 01748 until 2:00 PM on Friday, December 19, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Work includes construction of an adaptive playground and associated site improvements at the west end of Marathon Elementary School. Contract Documents may be obtained electronically at no charge by emailing srothermich@hopkinton.k12.ma.us This project is subject to M.G.L. c.30 §39M and prevailing wage laws, M.G.L. c.149 §§26–27. A 5% bid deposit is required. The successful bidder shall furnish 100% performance and payment bonds. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids.
